We deliver across Malta. Delivery is carried out directly by Buffer Boys Ltd or by an appointed courier.
Customers must ensure accurate delivery information is provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or failed delivery due to incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us at [email protected]. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt in its original, unused condition. Refunds will be issued once the item is returned and inspected. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Maltese law.
Buffer Boys Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the products or the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods in question.
Products are provided with the standard legal warranty (if applicable) under Maltese consumer law. There is no warranty on consumable products.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
